Better Linking Plz

I just got this game and my only problem is once I linked my account, which I spent hours upon hours on, I could only get the costume I was currently wearing on that account, not all of them. On top of that, I lost my robot helmet when I put on the ears for 24 carrot, and now I cant get it back. Please improve on pc account linking

Also, Im stuck in an infinite loop of dancing, and I cant move at all...
